By engaging Socialize Me ("we," "us," "our") for any digital marketing services — including website design, local SEO, or paid advertising management — you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not engage our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Socialize Me provides digital marketing services as outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided to the Client. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in that agreement. We reserve the right to engage subcontractors to fulfill services, provided the quality standards remain consistent.
Service agreements begin on the start date specified in your proposal. Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice sent to admin@socializeme.ca. You remain liable for fees due during the notice period.
Website hosting and maintenance services will be discontinued upon cancellation. We will provide a 14-day grace period to retrieve or migrate your content before decommissioning.
To deliver results, we require the Client to:
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the Client owns all custom creative assets (website designs, ad copy, graphics) produced specifically for their business. Socialize Me retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Our proprietary frameworks, processes, templates, and tools remain the exclusive property of Socialize Me.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market competition, algorithm changes, and economic conditions. While we apply proven, data-driven strategies and report transparently on performance, Socialize Me does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Past client results featured on our website are illustrative and not a guarantee of similar results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socialize Me's total liability to the Client for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, financial data, and customer lists. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Province of Ontario in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). The language of arbitration shall be English.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
